2 Chronicles 7:14 If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, THEN I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sins and heal their land.”
Read Ezra 9-10. What ‘wicked ways’ do we need to turn from and what righteous ways do we need to turn to? Put off the sin and then put on the new! Confess your sin, repent of your sin to God, forsake the sin, make restitution wherever this sin has injured others, and begin a new way of living! A new way of believing, obeying, enjoying, and teaching others to do the same. This may take more time than just today. Start today and see if it needs more time for confession and restitution. Take some time and pray these verses over the people God has placed you near; your neighbors on your block and those you work with.
